CAN I CONTROL HOW MUCH MONEY IS ROUNDED UP PER DONATION?

 

Yes, Insert Change lets you set limits on charities as well as a threshold on how much you would like to give per round up.

 

HOW OFTEN IS THE MONEY PULLED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT?

 

We pull funds on a weekly basis and round robin the spare change through your charities.

 

ARE THERE ANY FEES ATTACHED TO USING THIS SERVICE?

Yes, we charge 2.9% and a monthly subscription fee of $1.00 as long as your account is active.

CAN I PAUSE MY ACCOUNT OR REALLOCATE MY DONATIONS TO ANOTHER CHARITY?

 

Pausing your account can be done within our profile page but in order to reallocate donations you would need to send an email to support.

 

IS MY DATA SECURE?

Your data is housed on an AWS server and Bank login details as well as account and routing numbers are not stored with Insert Change.
